THE HOTEL AUDITORIUM MADRID CREATES THE WORLD’S LARGEST GOOGLE PROJECT
– More than 12 hours working along more than 15,000 m2
– More than 4,300 pictures
Hotel Auditórium Madrid has managed to make the largest project worldwide of Google, the most important search engine.
The name of the platform is Google Business Photos, a virtual experience through an interactive hotel tour of the inside provided by 360º linked photographs. This allows the user to visit the facilities – including the Principe Felipe Convention Center – exactly as if they were in person within the hotel.
Before booking a room or a meeting room the client can see them and have an idea of their size and possibilities.
In order to make this happen, all the departments were working together coordinated for more than 12 non-stop hours throughout more of the 15,000 m2 while the hotel was being photographed. More of 4,300 pictures have made possible the biggest project in the world of this new platform of Google.
All this not only will help Hotel Auditorium’s Internet positioning, but it will also be used by the sales department as a tool to show the facilities as never before. A map has also been created inside the Convention Center’s website www.centrodecongresosprincipefelipe.com which will take the user to the specific point chosen. This will help the clients orientate themselves throughout their 59 meeting rooms and their 869 rooms.
